Soft skills training & facilitation

I love what I do — and I am good at it.

I'm Swaiba Mazahir Zaidi. My background doesn't follow a straight line — biotechnology, entrepreneurship — but everything led here: helping people communicate like the best version of themselves. I believe kindness can change the world, and education is how I put that belief to work. 800+ fellows in, I'm still obsessed with the moment emotional intelligence finally clicks.

I've spent four years training with Amal Academy, where more than 800 fellows have graduated across 12 fellowship cycles — building the soft skills that turn technically capable people into people others actually want to work with.

Beyond the training room, I run Amal's Career Pre-Fellowship program end-to-end — from marketing and university partnerships to selecting candidates from a pool of thousands, plus the admin, finance, and logistics that keep a program of that scale actually running.

My path here wasn't a straight line. I hold a BS in Biotechnology, I've run offline businesses as an entrepreneur, and I once took on the CSS exam. I also work within the domain of mental health counselling and am a genuine enthusiast of emotional intelligence — it shapes how I train as much as any framework does.

How we'd work together

03
01

Discovery call

A 20-minute call to understand what's actually going on — the specific dynamics, not just "we need a communication workshop."

02

Custom design

I build the session or program around your team's real scenarios, not a generic deck. You'll see an outline before anything's delivered.

03

Delivery

Live, interactive, and practice-heavy — people leave having actually rehearsed the conversation, not just heard about it.

04

Follow-through

A short follow-up check-in a few weeks out, because the training that matters is the one that survives contact with a real Tuesday.

In Their Words

07
"She sent me a voice note thanking me for my efforts. Then she said something I will never forget: 'Mujhe pata tha ke Shahzil kar lega.' Those words changed something inside me — since then, whenever I doubt myself, I remember them, and they give me the confidence to keep going."
— Amal Fellow
"Mam Swaiba asked me to give a review while I was still sitting down. I remember getting extremely nervous — and seeing that, my batchmates started clapping for me. That applause was what gave me the push to actually start talking. No one had ever appreciated me like that before. It made me realize people weren't waiting to judge me — they were rooting for me."
— Amal Fellow

Let's talk about what your team actually needs.

No canned pitch — just a conversation about where things are getting stuck, and whether a workshop, a program, or coaching makes sense.
